Our Adult Skills Development program provides adult hockey players with an opportunity to improve their individual skills in a positive, high-energy environment.

The program is appropriate for newer hockey players as well as recreational players who want additional professional instruction and more opportunities to develop.

Participants will work on hockey-specific skating, edge control, puck control, stickhandling, passing and receiving, shooting, puck protection, offensive and defensive concepts, and overall hockey awareness.

Sessions will combine individual skill development with small-area games and controlled hockey situations, allowing players to put the skills they are learning into practice.

The goal is to help adult players improve their overall skill level, increase their confidence and become more comfortable and effective on the ice.

Equipment Requirements

All participants taking part in Skills Development or any hockey-related session must wear full mandatory protective hockey equipment. Players will not be permitted to participate without the required protective gear.
